Android Phone
1. Connect to your Google Home using bluetooth.
2. Once connected begin the process to connect to Wi-Fi.
3. Pick the room you are setting up the Google Home in.
4. On the screen that says Connect to Wi-Fi, click on the three vertical dots at the top-right corner and click Show MAC address.
5. Once you've located the hardware address for your device, you can register it following the instructions for Connecting your streaming media player.
6. After registering the device on the network, resume the setup via the app.
Mobile hotspot(iphone, iPad or android)
1. Create a mobile hotspot on your device.
2. Using your google home app, connect the google home to the hotspot you created in (1) above.
3. In your device hotspot settings, open the list of devices connected to the hotspot.
4. Click on the google home to see it's MAC address.
Laptop/PC Hotspot (None-apple device)
1. Create a hotspot on your device(PC, laptop). You can find instructions to do this here: Create hotspot on windows computer
2. Using your google home app, connect the google home to the hotspot you created in (1) above.
3. On the laptop/PC, open the list of devices connected to the hotspot.
4. Click on the google home to see it's MAC address.
