During Winter Break (December 16, 2017 - January 8, 2018) the University is closed and therefore, residential network support is not available. However, you can report urgent/major issues (e.g., network/power outages) by contacting University IT at 1 (650) 725-4357 or submitting an online ticket.
Computer clusters in Graduate residence will remain open. Regular support will resume on Monday, January 8, 2018.
Note that the University is also closed during the last two weeks of December.
