eduroam wireless network uses a security certificate to help authenticate the connection. This certificate may need to be updated when server security is upgraded. Please follow the appropriate instructions below:
macOS
Click 'Continue'


iPhone
Click 'Trust' when a certificate appears.


Windows 10
"Forget" eduroam from the WiFi networks pane. [You may also remove eduroam from the "Manage known networks" link under Settings > WiFi]
In Network and Sharing Center:
-- Setup a new connection
-- Setup a new connection
-- Manually Connect to a wireless network
-- Network Name: eduroam
*Security Type: WPA2-Enterprise
Click Change Connection Settings. [at this point you may receive a prompt asking for a password for eduroam. Ignore it for now]
Click the Security tab
Choose Microsoft: EAP-TTLS for Network Authentication Method
Click Settings
-Uncheck “Enable identity privacy”
-"Select an EAP method for authentication"
--Microsoft: Secured password (EAP-MSCHAP v2)
Click Configure
--Make sure 'Automatically use Windows logon' is NOT checked.
Click Configure
--Make sure 'Automatically use Windows logon' is NOT checked.
Click Ok and close out all windows.
Click on 'eduroam' in the WiFi networks pane. You should receive a prompt for a username and password. Enter your SUNetID (@stanford.edu) and password.
Click 'Connect' when you are asking whether 'continue connecting?'.
Android
Select eduroam
--EAP method > PEAP
--Identity > [yourSUNetID]@stanford.edu
--Password > [your SUNetID password]
--CA certificate > "Don't validate"
